Mr. Broast
Case Study
Nothing beats a crunchy burger and chilled bubble iced tea when it comes to conquering a bad day! Mr. Broast is food for the soul, metaphorically and otherwise. Officially called the “Home for Zinger Burgers,” this restaurant offers various scrumptious fast foods.
The outbreak of COVID19 in the first half of 2020 brought many challenges for different businesses. As a result, many industries opted for online sales as an alternative source of revenue generation.
In such circumstances, Mr. Broast’s weak branding, maliciously poorly designed pages with a lack of POS integration, and in-active social media presence were taking a toll on the cafe’s traction. Moreover, the business was in trouble as it was dealing with a severe decline in monthly sales.
What were the challenges?
Behind every growing fast food business, there is a good social media marketing team. Unfortunately, this is precisely what Mr. Broast was falling short of. Here are a few more reasons why the restaurant was held back.
- Social Media engagement on Instagram and Facebook was almost negligible. This rendered low community interaction, which restrained the brand’s online sale during the COVID period.
- The menu and general ambiance of the brand were falling short of vigor and needed immediate action for improvement.
- From web-designing to social media branding, the overall cafe’s branding strategy needed a make-over from scratch. Right from in-store branding to reshaping web designs and stirring up social media activism for generating new sales to printing menus/brochures, no stone was left unturned.
Over the next few weeks, our team spent countless hours plumbing the depth of digital strategy to find answers to their plummeting revenue.

Content & Social Media
Social media presence matters in the age of digitalization, and we make sure Mr. Broast is an impactful one. Admark scattered new menu awareness through promotional campaigns and deployed social media strategies on Facebook and Instagram to enhance community engagement. In addition, the brand was promoted by engaging Facebook ads to reach out to people in their demographic as well as the psychographic zone. Admark Digital’s experts put tooth and nail into planning the editorial calendar, which included charting outposts, keeping up with the trend, and crafting target audience tailored content. In addition, regular updates were put up on both platforms to keep customers up-to-date on what’s new and customer favorites—an attempt to keep the social media gears rotating resulted in increased traction. Result: Broast got the pop in colors accompanied by the fun and goofy flavor that they always wanted. The in-store branding resulted in a significant upsell of orders in consecutive months. Mr. Boast not only wanted to serve food but also serve looks. With a drive to connect with people on a larger scale and stimulate their taste buds via a screen-to-screen interaction, we produced Mr. Broast’s digital brand identity.
