Usmania Fine Dining serves some of the best authentic Pakistani-Indian cuisines in Chicago. Usmania has been a regular choice for customers, both locals and ex-pats, as a go-to spot to enjoy all of their favorite Pakistani and Indian dishes. The atmosphere and the menu are delicately designed to comfortably fit both a busy schedule or a leisurely spent time enjoying a meal. Usmania is home to a variety of foods ranging from desi cuisines to continental pabulums and fast food to barbecue items. It is one of the most famous and best quality restaurants serving Halal food in Chicago.
What were the challenges?

- Despite its established brand name, Usmania restaurant’s weak branding, poor web design, and in-active social media presence led to a decline in sales by 15-20% monthly.
- The old website wasn’t generating revenue, as the website lacked POS integration.
- Online to offline branding and in-store to off-store marketing with re-shaping of brand identity was required.

In addition, the social media strategy of the restaurant helped its voice to reach the Indian and Pakistani diaspora.
