Admark digital was hired to ideate a clean and standout responsive website. Besides, our marketing team assisted with social and search marketing campaigns spanning to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search and Display Network.

Our creative team led the design process with a single goal to understand customer journeys through customers’ personal definitions. Our research and heat maps showed us the audience was mainly international with particular needs. We design the whole process easier, faster, and intelligent for the user by simplifying many steps and sourcing user information to CRM for automated operations for quotes and comparisons.
The former website was failing both users and the administration. Its outdated design was facing multiple usability issues. In the new website, we improved the overall aesthetic and user experience to make it more engaging. Our team implemented a fully responsive solution backed by WordPress CMS on the new website. An easy-to-use side-by-side plan comparison was also added to address some fundamental questions of users: How good is my plan compared to alternatives? Am I having the right coverage? etc.
The three crucial facets of new digital operations for OnshoreKare are now executed through the following dashboards.
- Admin dashboard: It is intended to help the administration of sales operations. User and agent accounts are created after approval from the admin dashboard. It displays all the records of customers and allows administrators to send customized emails.
- User dashboard: It is designed to help customers in accessing their purchase archives. This dashboard automatically emails the customer when the policy’s expiry date approaches and advises on the renewal process through email automation.
- Agent dashboard: Details of all the verified sales completed by agents get registered in this dashboard. Each sale is assigned a unique referral code, and agents points are awarded based on those referral codes.
- Social media strategy was lacking content calendar, and campaign stats.

In addition, informative write-ups, catchy headlines, paid promotions, and organic community engagement supported the graphics.
